Chuck Norris Isn't Endorsing Huckabee — He's Appointing Him

In a new column over at WorldNetDaily, Chuck Norris has announced that he is supporting Mike Huckabee for president.

"Friends, it's time for people to get off the bench and onto the playing field," Norris writes. "If we are going to see a man like Mike Huckabee elected, it's time to rally behind him, support him financially, pray for him daily and spread the word of his character, platform and experience.

"So can a man who was raised in a poor background from Hope, Ark., become governor then president? As Mike says, 'Our country has already proven that!' What I would ask is: Give Hope another chance! This time, they want to send in the real cavalry."

Chuck Norris is a real nice person and a good Texas Ranger and now a Johnny come lately to Faith in Jesus. And now he is supporting a "theocrat" who would throw out the constitution in favor of a "Christian run nations." God help US!

That's, uh, not actually a question.

This kills me. Chuck Norris spent his entire career making movies and TV that promote decidedly un-Christian values, like face-kicking and machine-gunning. Now he's all about Jesus and electing religious zealots.

Anyone seen Kirk Cameron lately? Bulk of career promoting lying, cheating, treating women poorly. Born again. Now hosts show on God channel where he accosts people on the street and explains to them exactly why they're going to hell.

Does being born again require forfeiting self awareness and any sense of irony?

Maybe Huckabee bought one of those stupid exercise machines that Norris is selling on late night TV.

Top 5 Reasons Chuck Norris Endorsed Mike Huckabee for Prez:
5) Norris mistakenly thought he was endorsing fellow actor Kevin Spacey.
4) Norris desperately wanted to beat the celebrity endorsement from Lee Greenwood.
3) Huckabee made Norris swear allegiance to him by repeatedly sitting on him back when he was a fat guy.
2) If presidential bid fails, door is now open for Huckabee to costar with Norris in "Invasion USA 2".
1) Huck n' Chuck 2008! Has a a nice ring to it, don't ya' think?

Mike Huckabee makes a lot of sense. I am happy to hear that Chuck Norris is behind Huckabee. This man has some really good ideas about what will cure the ills of our nation . the most important one is to Bring The Almighty Creator back into the equation.
As it stands right now , this nation is going down the tube, for lack of common sense, humility, and lack of reverence to God.
|I do Pray that he will be elected and that God will lay his hand on his shoulder and guide him through the maze of this Nation called America.

Chuck Norris isn't a man of god, HE IS GOD. Bruce Lee didn't kick Chuck Norris' ass. The fact is, Chuck, through his divine sight, saw through time to the future, and discovered that know nothing punks actually believed Bruce Lee beat him in a fictional movie. When Chuck Norris explained this to Bruce, Mr Lee understood completely, and allowed chuck to end him via roundhouse kick. The force was so tremendous, his heart exploded.

The pledge of allegiance was created in 1892 and "Under God" was added in 1951. The founding fathers were long dead when it was created.
